Long Island City, New York, June 14, 2004 - Cooper Wiring
Devices (CWD) has received one of the top 2004 supplier
awards, which are presented annually by the National Association
of Electrical Distributors (NAED) magazine "The Electrical
Distributor." In the Literature/Selling Tools category
of awards for suppliers with sales over $250 million,
Cooper won the highest award for its "Sales Support"
program for electrical distributors across the country.
Cooper's winning program included an Industrial and Hospital
Grade Sales Portfolio, literature on its new GFCI, Structured
Wiring, Weather Protective Covers and Industrial Spec
Grade Receptacles Lines.
For the 2004 Best of the Best Marketing Awards program,
the magazine received a record 375 entries in all categories.
Winners were officially given their awards at the NAED
Annual Meeting closing session on May 19 in San Francisco
where all of the entries were displayed for more than
1200 industry professionals.
CWD's integrated direct marketing program also won the
2003 "Best of the Best" Award.
